Acqua di Melissa

Melissa Water, Melissa (lemon balm) is a wild plant that was known and used by the ancient Greeks and Romans for its aromatic-digestive, anti-spasmodic and sedative properties. Still prepared today using Fra' Paladini's original 1690 recipe. It makes a tasty drink when added to a small amount of sugar water.
