Rosa Gardenia

Among the best of Santa Maria Novella’s cologne creations, this one is my perennial favorite!

I get complimented on this scent all the time. It’s become a staple for me. Signature scent! I hope it will always be available.

If you are into floral scents, you will love this! I bought the discovery kit, and bought a full size as soon as I tried it on me. This is my favorite scent so far from this fragrance house. It is such a very lovely, calming scent. It really smells like a garden of flowers, just intoxicating but in a beautiful way, not overpowering at all. Having tried this made me love floral scents more. I also appreciate it's high and expensive quality.

I love roses and gardenias and was expecting goodness, but this one didn't take long to come out the top of the discovery kit, for me. I knew instantly that it was worthwhile; the two flowers hit me near-equally, but there was dry, interesting tang dancing around them. The vanilla must be for leavening out the depth of sandalwood and musk, because there is nothing gourmand about this perfume. It reminds me of no other (though it has, maybe, a few distant cousins of high quality). I will gladly buy a bottle.
