Discovery Kit Firenze 1221

A beautiful presentation of generously sized samples, the scents immediately took me back to Florence. These are not modern perfumes, but timeless, evocative, complex and luxurious. I found myself revisiting the ones I initially didn’t like, and found that after wearing them and allowing the scents to mature on the skin, I found them more appealing. I have 3 favorites so far, and will take my time on deciding which one to purchase first. I would love to have a sample set of the other scents not included in this collection. Thought I was receiving a free sample with this purchase, but I did not receive any samples. I am, however, thrilled with this set, a tremendous bargain and a great introduction to these beautiful scents.

Beautiful. Not all scents are for me. But I’ve already purchased the FB of Acqua della Regina. So refreshing and beautiful. Makes me want to turn up the heat, put on a sundress, and pretend I’m in Firenze. 🌹

I received a damaged product and wrote a complaint email, but didn’t receive any response. So, I left a review about their customer service. Shortly after, I received an email explaining that due to a system error, they hadn’t received my initial email. They promised to send a replacement, which arrived within a few days. To my surprise, along with the new product, there was a handwritten apology letter. I was truly touched by this gesture. It more than made up for my initial disappointment, leaving me with a sense of having received a much greater gift. The company not only upholds a luxurious image but also exudes a warm human touch. I have no worries about this year’s Christmas gifts—I’ll definitely be going with Santa Maria Novella products.

It’s great having the discovery set, each bottle has enough product to try on a few times. It’s a great way to fine tune your perfume selection from one must have to at least four must haves! Beautiful selection.
